What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), lead records you create (addresses, coordinates, notes, contact details, deal values), device geolocation while the map is open, and basic usage data.
Why we collect it
To show your territory map, attribute leads to reps, calculate leaderboards and reports, and generate AI coaching from your own performance data.
Location data
Live location is used only in your browser to display your position on the map. It is not stored on our servers.
AI processing
Aggregated, non-identifying performance statistics may be sent to our AI provider to produce coaching summaries. Customer addresses and phone numbers are not sent.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, database, payments, AI).
Retention & rights
Data is retained while your subscription is active. Admins can remove members and their access at any time. Contact us to request export or deletion.
