Free trial
Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund window
If you are charged in error or cancel within 3 days of a renewal without meaningful use of the app that period, contact us and we will refund that charge.
How to request
Email billing@shinetimewindowcleaning.com with the account email and charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Seat changes
Downgrading a plan takes effect on the next billing cycle; partial-month seat charges are not refunded.
