Shine Time Window Cleaning
Agreement
By accessing Shyno you agree to these terms. Shyno is operated by Shine Time Window Cleaning and is licensed to businesses for internal field-sales use.
Accounts
Accounts are created by an administrator on your team. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Shyno to harass residents, misrepresent your business, scrape data, or violate any local solicitation laws. Territory and lead data must only be used for your legitimate sales operations.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly through our merchant of record. Each plan includes a fixed number of seats. Access for all seats terminates when a subscription is cancelled or lapses.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
Liability
Shyno is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shine Time Window Cleaning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
